A couple of months ago, I posted a picture of Renee Torrington in nearly a fireman suit with the mention that she was ready for almost every disaster that can occur in the studio.
That was mentioned as a joke, of course, and not one but two "disasters" actually occurred at TSC yesterday and Renee would definitely have been prepared for that!
First of all, Norm Murray reported that the fire alarm went off in the studio (those who were viewing TSC at the time heard that) from the smoke coming out of the Minden Anytime Grill.
They all evacuated the studio while they ran a taped show on-air until the firemen cleared them. And secondly, they had a flood in the studio from the pump used for the Oxygenics showerhead display. It wasn't a dull day!
